Fusion Foods is about putting quality food on the table. This sets the tone for the News Cafe brand and is one of the brand's most crucial ingredients in terms of maintaining the current positive brand perception amongst consumers. As a result, a great deal of emphasis is placed on continuous innovation and menu revisions, as well as ensuring that News Cafe and Café Fino not only set, but raise the benchmark for the rest of the category.

In order to achieve this, Fournews Developments have established a central kitchen and created a company called Fusion Foods. Fusion Foods conceptualise and then test recipes from News Cafe's and Café Fino's forward thinking menus. Some of the culinary inventions that come out of this kitchen are registered in order to maintain their exclusivity.

Everyday food items within the News Cafe and Café Fino family of stores are manufactured at this central facility and then carefully distributed. A key benefit to this kind of operational infrastructure is that it guarantees our guests a consistently high standard, regardless of where they may be enjoying the News Cafe or Café Fino lifestyle.

Fusion Foods do not however, cater exclusively to the brands within the Fournews Developments stable. We have also been involved in other restaurant groups' menu development, whether it be in assisting with the supply of current Fusion Foods products, or alternatively, developing new products and recipes under license to the customer. We are also able to supply high quality products to distributors in bulk, at hugely competitive prices. This range of products includes items such as original recipe tortilla wraps, nachos, quality sauces and dressings, as well as an extensive range of frozen mini cakes; ideal for buffet style catering.
